What this site collects, and why.

This page lists every tool that runs on automaterevops.ai, what each one records about a visit, and what you can do about it. It is the practical companion to our privacy policy, which is the legal text. The site is operated by AutomateRevOps (ADN Digital, LLC).

The short version

We measure how the site is used, with two analytics tools.
We try to recognize which companies visit, with two visitor-identification tools, so we can decide who to reach out to.
We store what you give us on purpose: an email address for the newsletter, and what you tell us when you book a call.
We do not sell any of it, and we do not run advertising pixels.
A small notice appears on your first visit with two switches, analytics and company identification, both on by default. Turn either off and save, and those scripts stop loading. You can change your mind here any time.

Tools that run on every page

Tool	What it does	What it sees
Google Analytics 4	Counts visits and page views, shows us which pages and sources bring people here.	Pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, a random visitor id in a first-party cookie (`_ga`, `_ga_*`).
Vercel Web Analytics	The same counts, from our hosting provider.	Pages viewed, referrer, country, device type. No cookie; a hash that resets daily.
Warmly	Matches a visit to the company it likely comes from, so our team can follow up with the right accounts.	IP address, pages viewed, and a cookie; where its data allows, the company and a likely work identity.
Vector	Also company-level visitor identification.	IP address, pages viewed, and a cookie, matched against its own database.

Tools that run when you use them

Newsletter form. Your email address goes to MailerLite, which sends the weekly issue. Every issue has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
Booking a call. The “book a discovery call” links open Calendly, which collects the name, email and notes you enter there under its own terms.
The Demand Map. Lives at compass.automaterevops.ai and has its own terms when you sign up there.
Fonts. The site’s typeface is loaded through Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the font is requested.

What we do with it

Analytics data tells us which pages work and where visitors come from. Company identification tells our own team which accounts are looking at us, so that any outreach is relevant rather than cold. The newsletter address is used for the newsletter and nothing else. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or combine it with data brokers beyond what the identification tools do on their own side.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in each tool’s account, then aggregated or deleted by the provider. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Identified visits stay in Warmly and Vector for as long as those accounts are active, and are deleted on request.

Your choices

The switches. Two categories, analytics and company identification. A category you turn off does not load, on this visit or the next.
Block the scripts. A content blocker or a browser set to block third-party scripts also stops all four tools above; the site works without them.
Google. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on stops GA4 in your browser.
Ask us. Email hello@automaterevops.ai to see what we hold about you or your company, to have it deleted, or to be excluded from identification. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies. Clearing this site’s cookies and storage resets the analytics id and brings the first-visit notice back.

Changes

When a tool is added or removed from the site, this page changes in the same release, and the date at the top moves. The privacy policy stays the legal reference.
