How long until we see results?

Once accepted, Done For You clients typically see their first warm leads within 30 days. Coaching clients have their first workflow live in 8 weeks. The full system is production-ready within 90 days.

Do we own the system when you’re done?

Yes. You own everything—Clay tables, CRM integrations, scoring models, routing rules. There’s no vendor lock-in. We build it in your accounts, on your infrastructure. If you part ways with us, the system keeps running.

What if we already use Clay?

Good—that tells us you’re serious. We’re Clay Advanced Artisan Partners, which means we know the platform at a depth most implementers don’t. We typically find 3–5 optimization opportunities in existing Clay setups within the first audit.

What does the audit actually include?
